All orders are processed at our warehouse in Wisconsin and shipped via UPS. We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID. Our current order processing time is now 3-4 business days. Orders shipped UPS ground delivery can be expected 5-7 days after shipment date.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All Moral Code orders are shipped via UPS Home Delivery. The best part of all? Shipping is absolutely free. Orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders should arrive 5-7 business days after shipment. If waiting isn’t for you, expedited shipping options include:

  • UPS 2 day – $30.00
  • UPS Standard Overnight* – $50.00
    *Weekday only, does not include Saturday delivery

*International shipping is not available

*We do not ship to PO boxes

Shipping Delays as of 9/7/2021

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID. Our current order processing time is now 3-4 business days. Orders should arrive 5-7 business days after shipment. 

Holiday Shipping Exceptions

*Labor Day: Closed 9/6. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 9/7.
*Thanksgiving: Closed 11/25-11/26. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 11/29.
*Christmas: Closed 12/24. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 11/27.
*New Year's: Closed 12/31. All orders placed during that time will begin processing on 1/3/22.

RETURNS

Sometimes a pair of shoes just don’t fit or look the part. That’s life. So, if you find yourself having to return your shoes, here’s what you should know:

  • Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns must be unworn and in the same condition as when received–this means no scuffs, scratches or flexing in the toe box.
  • Returns must be in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is always free. Email us at [email protected] for your customized return label.
  • You will receive email notification once your returned order arrives and is inspected at our warehouse. Providing that your return meets the criteria specified, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
  • We reserve all rights to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.

Returns Processing Delay as of 9/7/2021

We are currently experiencing longer return processing time due to COVID. Returns are currently being processed within 10-12 business days of receipt. Provided that your return meets the criteria specified in our return policy,  your card will be refunded within 10-12 business days. 

EXCHANGES

We will process an exchange for any purchase made within 30 days from the request date. Exchanges can only be made on the same style shoe. Size or color exchanges are welcome.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returns made without included gift with purchase will be partially refunded to account for the retail price of the gifted item. If gifted item is included in the return, a full refund will be issued.
